Drawing & Painting II
Welcome to Drawing & Painting II! Drawing and Painting II will allow you to use skills learned in introductory classes such as line drawing, perspective, value, design and color theory as building blocks for further study. You will be pushed to produce a strong body of work which will be used as a starting point for your portfolio. In addition to improving your art-making skills, you will hone your critique skills through the discussion and viewing of class artwork, as well as the work of master and contemporary artists. At the end of the course, students should be confident to produce artwork that showcases their own artistic voice.
