Dear Current and Future CCHS Students and Parents!
Please take a moment to read this email as a family when things are quiet - maybe breakfast in the morning or when you are together enjoying a nice summer night.
The following newsletter below has a lot of information regarding your schedule for next year, how to maximize your summer, Freshmen Orientation, summer assignments for advanced coursework, community service requirements and the counselor alphabet breakdown with contact information.
Summer Newsletter from Student Services
Please make sure you save this email and reference it when you need to. A few things to quickly note:
1) Community service hours start counting summer before you enter HS all the way up until your Senior year. If you are a rising freshmen, you can get a large chunk of hours done this summer! If you would like to apply for the optional 200 hour endorsement, please click here for more information.
2) Summer assignments - If you are taking the following courses, please do not wait until end of August to complete your summer assignment! Far too many students make that mistake and unfortunately have to switch out of the course they really wanted to take because they waited too long. In the newsletter it links to the website where these summer assignments are posted.
