I am Mrs.Jeanne Rose. I have been teaching for 30 years, 23 of those years in Cornwall Central School District. I am a proud graduate of CCHS as well. I was born and raised in Cornwall and love my town. I am honored to serve my students in this district. 

I hold a Masters Degree in English Education grades 9-12, I am a member of the Hudson Valley Writing Project as a consultant teacher. I have served as the English Department Chairperson for 12+ years. 

When I think about how long I have been teaching, I feel a multitude of emotions: I feel bewildered that Time has flown by so fast. I feel excited that I have so much left still to accomplish and give to my students and my district. I feel fortunate to be working with such wonderful educators, most especially my English Department people, who are such an inspiration to me. 

I love to write and to read. I hope someday to write and publish my own book, but I am so happy to be helping students learn to express themselves through writing and look forward to those endeavors for many years to come.
