    ​​​​​​​ACCESS-VR

     

    ACCESS-VR formerly known as VESID (The Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities) agency is a New York State agency that works with students to develop post secondary vocational and education plans. ACCESS-VR assists students with disabilities through vocational counseling and training, college and job placement and many other support services. Students who have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Accommodation Plan, or have certain physical disabilities may be eligible for ACCESS-VR services.

    The services that ACCESS-VR is able to provide vary from year to year. For the 2015-16 school year, ACCESS-VR has indicated that they will be working with High School Junior and Senior. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your child's Guidance Counselor.
