Grades 1 & 2
Reread the books in your reading bag.
Practice your sight words (if you have them) Try to share your words with every member of your family.
Draw a picture of a winter scene and then write three sentences about what you drew. Share your picture and writing with someone in your family. You can even bring it to school and share it with me! :)
Choose a picture book that you love. Read it to someone in your family. Then draw a picture of your favorite part of the story. Be sure to add details and color your picture.

Read for 20 minutes and then write a short summary of what you read. Draw a picture to go with your writing.
