Computer Lab Information
-
Students at all grade levels use technology as an educational resource, and a creative outlet for their work. Teachers and students use technology together, to research, share their learning, and produce quality work to "show what they know" digitally. We have a well equipped computer lab that is used throughout the year for instruction and testing. We also utilize a classroom set of ipads and Chromebooks which are available for use within the classroom!
Please remember that Reading Eggs requires an assigned login. The classroom teacher will send home login password information for their students. This year the building is utilizing the premium version of Spelling City. The older students have been having "tons of fun" using Prodigy! In Prodigy the students create their own avatar and go through different "worlds" by solving math problems. We have also introduced Front Row! Front Row is a reading and math site - the teacher will assign activities for their students to work on. The site has manipulates in the upper right hand corner to help them solve their math problems.
